Directions!

2. Sign your name in the heart!
3. Upload to deviantart (Don't use stash! It has to be an upload here.)
5. Be sure to tag it "neonscolorcontest"
4. That is it! You are entered!

This contest ends November 9th. All entries will be posted below.

Rules!
1. Do not change the original base.
2. you may color on top of it.
3. No stealing someone else's (obviously)
4. Do not remove my signature. 

PRIZE 
The winner will receive 140 points, and their entry will become their own OC. I will choose the winner like this: When the end date comes, I will choose my 5 favourites. I will make a poll and 2 days later (November 11th) the entry with the most votes will be the winner.
